Stuart Paper, our MD.

Stuart left catering college and found work in some of the top restaurants and hotels in London. After returning to education as a mature student of Essex University he joined the education sector in 2005. Stuart’s journey took him through National and local education providers as well as working in the care sector.

Since starting ATV Solutions, Stuart has grown the business to provide training to a range of sectors, including local and national care organisations, Security companies as well as providing a support service to education providers. Stuart has a passion for delivering engaging and quality focused training.

Vicki

Vicki has over 20 years training experience from rolling out courses on First Aid to Scuba Diving. But she specialises in the Health & Social Care sector.

Vicki always aims to provide fun, yet informative training sessions using her own personal experiences and anecdotes.

Andrew

Andrew is our “South of England” Dementia trainer and started working for Social Services, supporting people with Mental Health issues back in 1996. Andrew undertook various roles, including roles such as Mental Health Advocate, Dementia Advocate and Dementia Services Manager for Age UK.

In 2008 Andrew began working as a Dementia Specialist and Dementia Trainer for 2 national care providers. These roles included raising care standards, dementia knowledge as well as training staff teams in dementia, distressed behaviour and mental capacity.



Mark

Mark is our Dementia lead trainer and is based in the north west of England but is happy to travel across the north of England. Over the last 30 years, Mark has worked with people with Dementia and is committed to maintaining the dignity of all.

As well as our highly recommended, 1 day, Dementia Awareness training course, Mark also delivers a range of others courses and services, including:

  • Behavioural Challenges for those with Dementia

  • Activities for people living with Dementia

  • Dementia Mapping

  • Key note speaking, discussion groups and lectures



Emma

Emma is our careers advice and guidance expert, helping people into work from all sorts of backgrounds, including young people, care leavers and those with disabilities.

Alongside the 20 years’ experience of working with people, the other side to Emma’s role is working with various businesses, engaging them in workforce development as well as to support roles such as Apprenticeships, Skilled in Youth Work, Training Delivery, Management, Career Education.

As well as holding her level 6, CIAG practitioner, qualification, Emma is a very keen gardener and adores cats.

Max

Max is one of our consultant trainers and has worked in the social care industry for over 30 years; working in social care, with people with a variety of conditions, support needs and abilities. Her aim is to help those who struggle to navigate life within a society that expects everyone to behave and act in a certain way trying to break those stigmas and “societal norms”.  As well as freelancing to ATV Solutions, She helps companies under her own banner of Attention to care” to successfully support individuals to live a life they themselves wish to live and ensure they have the tools to achieve the outcomes they hope for. Max consults, supports, and guides within the care industry. Ensuring care providers are meeting the standards within care that they are regulated for. Ensuring that they meet legislation and guidelines.

Ness

Ness, our Social Media guru, started working for ATV Solutions in 2021, but she and MD go way back.

For almost three decades Ness has been getting all wordy for businesses and people, including some huge International Industry Leaders as well as the Rich and Famous. Ness is never far from a keyboard or a note pad, and is the first port of call for spelling and phrasing for many.

She is a literary natural and has a rarely seen raw talent that has been proven not just in the work provided here, but by way of her 2018 best-selling novel, Like China. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1788300262
