Overview:
Level 2 Award in Awareness of End of Life Care (RQF) is aimed at those learners who currently work as Health and Social care workers within hospices, care homes, care in the community and primary care. This qualification provides the opportunity to advance their knowledge and understanding and can be used as part of their CPD.
Assessment & Certification:
Each learner is required to create a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates achievement of all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria associated with each unit.
